A.Z.C.A

The Azca Complex in Madrid dates from 1946 when the project and name were approved. That responds to the acronym "Mixed Association of Compensation of Block A of the Commercial Zone of the Avenue".
The Alfredo Mahou Building, also known as Torre Mahou, is a skyscraper in Madrid (Spain). It is the seventeenth tallest building in the Spanish capital with its 85 meters of altitude and its 29 floors. It is located in the AZCA complex, very close to the missing Windsor building and was built from 1987 to 1990. Its façade is covered by blue and purple glass.

In the foreground, the Pedro Mahou tower, object of this project. The white skyscraper in the background ( Picasso Tower ), was designed by the architect: Minoru Yamasaki, also designer of the missing twin towers at the World Trade Center in NY.
